I write to thank you and your staff for the wonder physical therapy sessions that you offered me over the course of February 2004.

When I first arrived at the beginning of February I was suffering from tremendous pain in my left hip, knee and lower leg. I was not able to walk more than one city block without considerable discomfort. I applied heat and rubs of various kinds to the affected area in the hope that it would subside and eventually disappear. Unfortunately, this was not the case. While the medication I was given by my doctor certainly did wonders to alleviate the pain, it was only through the therapy sessions with you that the actual cause of the disturbance was treated and, eventually, corrected. The movement exercises, consultations and therapies that you provided over the course of our sessions are the reasons for my current well-being.

I wish to extend my gratitude to you and your staff for the excellent treatment. Your receptionist, Andrea Armis, was always considerate and courteous in our dealings. Your assistant, Jason Maier, was always thoughtful and insightful with the practical applications of the exercises and therapies I underwent.
